We will NEVER initiate any communication—email, phone call, text message—requesting personal or account information of our members. If you are contacted and asked to provide personal or account information, do not respond. It is likely a scam. Instead, call Union Square immediately at (940) 720-8000 or (800) 600-7517 to report the incident. 

Additionally, members can file formal complaints concerning any suspected fraudulent e-mail or text message with the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) at www.ic3.gov. The IC3 is a partnership between the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the National White Collar Crime Center, and the Bureau of Justice Assistance. Fraudulent or suspicious emails can also be forwarded to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), spam@uce.gov.
